A'lyre
LORé is a five-man assassination group that are set with one goal in mind: to destroy all Manor and protect their city. They are usually the group that will go after the more tougher and stronger enemies during the night and have command over the SubArmy if needed. This organization is lead by Kei Sinclair, along with four different individuals that play their roles in the group.

Rusa
RUSA is a five man rebel elite Manor group that was formed because of the absence of the Manor Leader. However, despite a leader present, they take no orders from their leader and organize their group separately. They are pureblood Manor, with no rules against them, rising up to defend their race. Most people, even Manors themselves, have great fear against them as they are ruthless in their attacks and show no mercy to anyone that gets in their way, including their leader. They are led by Elliot Soujiro.

Subhuman Government
A government that is led by different leaders of the division that works together to become a powerful army that follows the lead of the Subhuman leader. They reside on Shizuka Island, off the coast of the beach, in separate divisions to divide the skills of certain leaders of their team.
The Government is separated into three main categories underneath the Higher Ups that make up the entirety of the SubArmy. All of these occupations (except separate positions) are always open.

• SubArmy Flights- the Flighters: Determined Subhumans that have the courage to learn the ways of flying specially made Maquna for combat and battles. Flighters are trained specifically to fly machines as well as take full control of them, and they reside underneath the Academy as well as an outside camp that is set for training and flight mobility.
Assistant flighters are flighters that have either freshly completed their extra two years of training, or are on the way of becoming flighters in their last year. Cult of Freya
Cultists have inhabited the sacred grounds of an old abandoned church that is located just on the outskirts of the south side of the city. With the opening of the underworld portal, the Goddess Freya has begun to expose her influence by allowing her underlings to form a religious cultist group to nestle within the city, with their whereabouts deemed unknown for the time being throughout the area. Freya believes that Nephilims, especially rare Nephilims, hold the key to the Apocalypse and must be sacrificed or used in order to begin the process under her terms. This counters the effects of Toshi's influence, causing massive mental delusions when appearing within the boundaries of the church. Cultists are granted the spiritual flames of the sky, though certain ones were granted the purest form of flames. The oracle prophet and leader of the cultists, is known to be Ezra Hart.
There's only a few positions that matter within this cult, while the rest are the worshipping cultists themselves. Beginning with the second highest command in the cultists formation, the Purist Black Flamed Prophet is known for the black flames that emit the darkest form of the spiritual light and takes command when the Oracle prophet is not present. The Inquisitor focuses on the recruitments of the Nephilim with the abilities to pinpoint locations from the Oracle's power. The Spiritual Flamed Executioner, with highly potent and one of the deadliest forms of flames, execute those that go against their Goddess or gets in their way. The Sacrificials are the Nephilim that are being prepared to be sacrificed, or abiding to their laws of teachings and becoming a worshipping cultist of the Goddess.

Kyōken is a conglomerate of individuals who have banded together in pursuit of status, wealth, and power. An organization of businessmen and violent offenders, they disregard the longtime feuds between races have filled their ranks without prejudice towards any species in particular. A band of criminals and misfits from all walks of life who seek to benefit from each other and expand their organization's already large underworld influence into everything the realm has to offer. Their lnewest leader is Maki Seijun, otherwise known as "boss", and due to the organization's size, leadership also falls on her second and third in command. Past leadership has abandoned their base, and whereabouts are unknown.
The Hounds are a small group of individuals who work directly under Monroe. They are, for the most part, those who desire wealth and are either businessmen or con-men in suits.
The Wolves are a small group of Kyoken's members that have been hand picked and led by the third in command for their various abilities and uses. Unlike the Hounds, this group tends to be more focused on increasing their individual reputation or that of the organization by eliminating the competition or any problematic players that may arise to challenge them.

Tenkai Organization
The Tenkai Government is the most powerful and organized government that overrules the Subhuman Government. They are neutral in their decisions, and they do not take sides. The higher ups are numbered in many, and reside in the Tenkai realm. The Tenkai government harnesses the Guardian gates as well as Elemental Guardians that keep the gates in check. They are led by a generation leader.
