SHUNOJISKI ACADEMY is an original supernaturalacademy role play. The setting takes place in an alternate universe parallel with Japan, where the people of Shunojiski are deemed non-human. Because of the age of Superpowers, God has created an alternate world for the ones that bear the gifts he set out to each and every special soul, whom he called Subhumans. Each Subhuman bear the gift of a special power that they inherit from their parents and as they grow older to fifteen, the special coming of age, they are sent forth to the Academy, granted to give special training to those who seek to understand them and to become powerful individuals.

Hur, Shuno's open now. MIND YOU THOUGH, THERE ARE STILL THINGS THAT I HAVE TO DO. So be aware that some things may not be set in stone for the next few weeks as I try to figure out a few things. In any case, everyone can now role play, join, make new characters, and blahblah. I may not be around as often as I was when this site was last active (cause now I'm not a bum), but I'm always checking the site so if there's any questions, it's best to drop a PM to your Lord Kei. It's the fall season once again. Temperatures reach down below to 60 at some nights while during the day, it doesn't reach any higher than 80. There are less showers and thunderstorms, though there will be the occasional spurts of snow every so often.

Made from two parents whom are both Subhuman x Subhuman and contain no extra race blood within them. They are pure Subhumans, hand made by God himself through generations of their lineage, the most common, and contain power like sources throughout their bodies to generate the type of power that they have inherited by one of their parents. They're powerful, strong, and capable of mastering their power to destroy the Manors. Their power matures between the ages 10-13.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]HUMAN X SUBHUMAN[/div] [div class="innards"]In most cases, being able to teleport to the human world, Subhumans and plain humans can both fall in love with each other. Because of this, they create a Subhuman, less capable of producing powers, and openly able to mature into a normal human. They aren't Nephilims because plain humans are not a race in Shunojiski. They are allowed in Shunojiski, as because they are Subhuman and they have rare chance to contain powers. If they do, their powers are more likely to mature from the ages 14-16.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]DEFECTIVE SUBHUMAN[/div] [div class="innards"]Unlike true Subhumans, defects contain absolutely no powers. It's more common on the ones that contain a life threatening disease, or to the ones that suffer from a specific Element disease, which means their own genetic power at birth has poisoned the victim's body by breaking through the power veins, leaving it to be found untraceable and with the power absorbed into the body. With that, having no sign of power, this becomes a serious disease that could kill the Subhuman within years, depending how active they may be. Being a defect with this disease is more genetic from further past generations, and it cannot be passed from one person to another by blood, saliva or other bodily substances. No cure has been found. Both parents are Manor x Manor and contain nothing else besides pure Manor blood. They kill Subhumans in return for their 'holy' powers, sucking them dry and receiving it bit by bit to become stronger by the small fangs that they have as teeth (note: THEY ARE NOT VAMPIRES. Some Manor may like the taste of blood, but they do NOT actually suck blood. They suck power veins. Please don't get confused.) At birth, they contain no other power besides the power to drain energy, or powers, from people. As they grow older, they become candidates to receive a full Subhuman power from their parents, whose duty is to collect it overtime to give it to the child. Manors receive their full stolen Subhuman power between the ages 9-13.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]HUMAN X MANOR[/div] [div class="innards"]Disgusted by the Manor council, Manors who are Human as well are deemed as traitors and could be isolated by the Manors and the Manor race. They aren't considered Nephilims because of being half Human (with no lineage of Subhuman at all), which means being a plain human doesn't count as a race of Shunojiski. They have little to no power to steal Subhuman powers, and are unfortunately proven useless against the Subhumans themselves. There's a rare chance to become a true Manor if you successfully are able to steal a power. But most likely, that's impossible. They typically mature at the age of 12 and over, slowly overtime grasping their Manor powers.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]DEFECTIVE MANOR[/div] [div class="innards"]Manors, unfortunately, can become much useless than having to be half human by being defective. As what Subhumans go through, it's the same for Manors, except the Manor can indeed be sucked into pure darkness if it delves within the deepest parts of itself. The more you hate yourself, the more closer you are into swallowing yourself whole. They have hatred for themselves and jealousy against others, and aren't really the nicest people on the block. These compassionate creatures originally come from being Human x Human, however one of the humans must have Pure blood Subhuman blood in them from generations of time that doesn't classify the human as a Subhuman. Nowadays, their lineage is more of Tenkai x Tenkai. In order to reach for their winged stage of growing wings, one must find a companion, able to be with them forever and purely love them. As a tradition for Tenkai, they must be loyal and debited with the significant other, as does the other as well, to keep the wings on. They may fall off or be clipped if one of them is to die, or fall in love with another. Tenkai also posses the Element of Wind and 1/2 of Telekinesis,as the progression of wings occur. Tenkai can only grow their wings after the age of 15, and receive their Subhuman power at 10-13.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]FALLEN TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]Fallen Tenkai are Tenkai that has have their wings clipped off for good and are unable to regrow them back. They are considered traitors, and in the case where you have never grown your wings, the process of taking out the veins to create them are removed, leaving you with two painful vertical scars on your back. You are also stripped of your powers, as well. They said that Fallen Tenkai are sly and tricky people, feeding off of energy from people to keep them pure and alive by dealing a contract with another race to help them live a life of solitary, or hope to regain their true form again. Fallen Tenkai have the option of becoming Guardian Tenkai if they save another life from dying, by taking their own life for them. Contracts with Fallen Tenkai are tricky and can often lead to death if one is not careful. [/div]
[div class="subhead"]DARK TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]There are cases where a Tenkai can fall in love with a Manor. It's not forbidden as Tenkai are refusing to be involved with the war between the Subhumans and the Manor, however it's considered blasphemous because of Tenkai being angels and Manors being demons. The child itself will be able to grow black wings after finding a lover, and normally possess the Tenkai powers, but also possess the Manor power to steal the power substances. They are not considered Nephilims because both races apparently combine together, making the blood virtually impossible to distinguish two different races in it. Normally, Dark Tenkai are fiesty and can hold hot tempers all the time and usually are energetic to the point where they kill a few people or so. It's in their blood to fight Subhumans, but it's in their blood to keep away from Subhumans. They mature and gain their Subhuman power around 11-13.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]TENKAI GUARDIAN[/div] [div class="innards"]Considered Guardian Angels, one becomes this when they've proven themselves worthy that they can take on the challenge of watching over another troubled life, in secret or in the known. These are the only form of Tenkai that have visible wings without having a lover, and the only Tenkai that have the direct power of healing, and no telekinesis. To tell if a Tenkai is a guardian is by their visible wings. Most Pure blood Tenkai are born being able to turn into a Guardian in their future, and some earn the potential of being one as they get older-- even the ones that are Fallen. There are several types of Elemental Guardians that haven't made it to the surface yet, but is nearing while time is ticking. This is the only sub race that doesn't allow any new Subhuman powers for them to take on. Normally, Nephilims like these keep to themselves about their parents because they feel that no one should know about it. They don't necessarily need stolen powers, however in some cases they do if the Subhuman genetics doesn't give the child the genetic power. They typically mature with their powers at 12-13, or given their stolen power at 11-12.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 TENKAI 1/2 HUMAN[/div] [div class="innards"]Considered defective Tenkai, Nephilims who have a background of being a plain human plus Angel are relatively normal with the case of containing little Tenkai powers, and no wings (however they have a slight percentage of gaining a pair). They feel as if they are always at the bottom of the social classes and are often picked on because of having little Tenkai powers that strengthens slightly over time and are deemed weak against opponents. Most tend to keep quite of this if they can. They mature roughly around 16-19.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 SUBHUMAN 1/2 TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]There are a lot of cases where non pure blood Subhumans can have relations with Pure blood Tenkai. They are socially accepted into society, having little to no problems living the way they want, as Subhumans generally tolerate Tenkai. They have a 50% chance of receiving wings with little to no issues regarding their personality, though on some instances, they don't turn out to be neutral in the war. Wings cannot be given until 15 or older, and they mature roughly from 9-13 years of age.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 MANOR 1/2 DARK TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]One of the rare forms of Nephilim. People rarely see a Dark Tenkai and a Manor couple, though no one can say it's not possible for the two to be together. For the Manor society, it might be a bit difficult for this type to settle in, simply because they're 1/3 Tenkai (and Manor don't particularly like Tenkai to begin with,) but normally they don't face difficult society problems unless they turn out to be quite the evil little devils (except that's mostly a 45% chance with turning out to being evil brats). They have a 40% chance of receiving black wings, with a 50% chance of not receiving any at all. Wings cannot be given until 15 or older, and they mature roughly around 9-13 years of age.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 TENKAI 1/2 DARK TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]Being the rarest form of Nephilim, akin to ManorxDark, they generally are the same when tied together. Tenkai and Dark Tenkai feel that they are the same regardless of wing colour and heritage, as they are only 1/3 Manor (though they probably wouldn't get along with ManorxDark.) They don't face a whole lot of society problems, however there wings are a cross between white and black, which makes a whole lot of people skeptical about them. Nevertheless, they are called the most 'rarest' form because of those wings, as well as being the only type of Tenkai that has a cross between colours and patterns within the wings. Personality wise, they are like SubxDark except more neutral within the war (though a percentage of them take the Manor side.) Wings cannot be given until 15 or older, and they mature around 9-13 years of age.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 SUBHUMAN 1/2 DARK TENKAI[/div] [div class="innards"]With various cases involving Dark Tenkai, they could get caught up with the predicament of falling in love with a Pure blood Subhuman. Although the Subhuman may be in the wrongs, the Dark Tenkai is not, even though they are part Manor. The offspring may very well turn out to be neutral, as it's combined the same as a Subhuman x Manor, and has a 50% chance of being able to grasp black wings (having a 50% chance of not receiving any as well). There line might be a cross between all three races, but they're balanced in blood, and have proven to have no complications during lifetime, except the acceptance in majority of the Subhuman society. Wings cannot be given until 15 or older, and they mature between 9-16 years of age.[/div]
[div class="subhead"]1/2 NEPHILIM 1/2 ANY RACE[/div] [div class="innards"]In the case where a Nephilim falls in love with a race, the circumstances are vain and can often lead to a lot of problems. However, the child can become a full race if the said affair is one of the races that the Nephilim is. The child then lives the life of the said race with little to no problems with their health and matures depending on the race they take on. If the child does not become a full race, they are considered Nephilims, but contains three races instead of two, which can lead to confusion of the power veins, and power poison, but is rare on many occasions, and anything can happen.
