Kei's appearance is very simple. He's easy to spot from a mile away because of his ungodly height, standing at 6'8''. His hair has recently become an unruly sort of thing, falling past back of his neck, and sticking out in places that it shouldn't--bedhead, more or less. The azure hue of his locks are vibrant, but there's traces of gray starting to poke out because of his age. Body is muscular, he tends to work out more than he ever had in the past, very fit but lean, with a smaller waist than most at his size. Everything about him is the colour blue, including his irises. His eyes are cold, however, but there's slight sparkle of hope in them, despite apparent bags underneath his eyes every once in awhile.
His pants are normally dress pants, typical black slacks that he would wear with a black suit jacket. Being the leader, the "pride and joy" of the entire Shunojiski realm, his attire is always set for business. During his nightly rounds with the LORE, he would switch out his suit jacket for something more comfortable and fitting, but there are time where he would always be seen wearing a suit and slacks. He has two long vertical scars on his back from his previous lover, mostly kept safe from anyone being able to see them. If anyone does see it, he makes up a story to cover the truth.

Anyone born with the family's scar is considered special, which makes them a successor of the Shunojiski realm and hope to achieve salvation for their newly crowned leader for the future. The Sinclair's are the dominate rulers of Shunojiski, with generations of leaders and strive for the best for the future of the realm, as the people's lives are what dedicates the Sinclair's to protect them at all costs.
The Sinclair's also bear a dark secret. The older Shunojiski residents that have lived in the long past are the only ones that would remember such a curse, which deems with the blood of Angels, and how they ruled Shunojiski, alongside with the Demons that were their opposites and rivals. Angels unfortunately were defeated in the end, ending the lives of all Angels, except a few that survived and created offspring so that they can live on to defeat the next generation of enemies, this included involving themselves with the Subhumans, not knowing how incredibly dangerous mixing royal bloodlines with those of the respected species. Generations later, Kei's father, Asura, was the ruler of the Tenkai realm for many ongoing years, along with the subhuman realm, and has come from the oldest ancient bloodline of pureblood Tenkai. His abilities were unstoppable, the divine element of the Sinclair's hold a special royalty place within the Tenkai realm, but his life was set on hold once he became betrothed to a Subhuman woman named Junko.
The Sinclair's are branched two ways: Tenkai line, and Nephilim line. The Sinclair's up above are pureblooded Tenkai that hold the ancient bloodline of previous generations, while the Nephilim Sinclair's in Shunojiski hold the forbidden line, a bloodthirsty hunger for power caused by the lines of generations that stayed in the realm.
Because of this, Kei Sinclair is half Tenkai, making him the forbidden Nephilim. Leaking that sort of information could become devastating for the entire realm, as the realm only knows that their own kind is the one that they follow, and no one else. For now, everyone in the new generation has this secret kept from them, so that nothing may damage the slight peace that the city has.
As Kei grew up, he was immediately started in training, harnessing his powers at an early age and learning new things at a fast pace. Because he was only a half Tenkai, most members of his family and distant family feared him, as he has the potential to become a very dangerous person. The divine element is an ability granted from the ancient bloodline of his family, much like his cousin Thea whom he met when she was little, so most expected him to be able to harness such. However, he developed the more dangerous form of the ability, Lunar manipulation, and it had baffled his family to the point where they had to keep a close watch over him at all times.
It wasn't until he met a much younger girl named Norah Kurosaki, that he began to feel his life gradually become whole. The girl was like stone; she didn't want to befriend anyone, and she seemed mute, because she never bothered to speak. And when she did, it was either something foul, or something insulting. Kei didn't blame her for acting like that though, since he actually witnessed her traumatic experience of her being on that table getting tested because of her Nephilim bloodline, the exact kind of Nephilim that Kei was, which was unheard of outside of the Sinclair family. A few years later, he had become the keeper of Norah, and another boy named Echo Tegato, whom both caused a whole lot of mischief during their time together at the academy.
Kei became friends with many others through his childhood and teenage years, throughout the drama and angst as a typical teenager would be going through, he had his eyes on one girl in particular, whom later on joined his circle of friends. Her name was Nanami Zuka. Of course, Kei was sixteen at the time, and his friends were at least twelve, so Nanami joined the group as a twelve year old as well. He didn't think of their relationship as anything bad because of their age, but as time went on, he developed feelings, and they've been together since.
He also gradually became friends with a boy named Shiki during his high school years as well. Balancing having a girlfriend, and keeping up with his friends was not an easy task, as he was also living the life of a future leader of the masses. As his friend Shiki came in and out of jail (not without bail of course) he began to realize how quick his life was changing, but he wouldn't change it for the world. So carefree, he was ready to become the future of the Subhumans hope.
But, it wasn't until he was nineteen that things took a turn for the worst. Manors became more and more involved with his life, and after graduating Shunojiski Academy, he was struck with the fact that his life revolved around the Manors now, and hardly any time with Nanami, but she stayed by his side the entire time. On her sixteenth birthday, the Manor leader named Toshi Sasaki, one of the most ruthless Manor to have ever existed, had got himself involved so much in Kei's life, that it wasn't long after countless tries to catch him, he took the life of Nanami to break Kei considerably. Kei doesn't even know what exactly happened to her, and to this day, he probably doesn't want to know. That day, Kei lost his wings, which burned two long vertical scars on his back from where they were.
