AVARON KIRISAKI
SUBHUMAN, PUREBLOOD
MALE
TWENTY FIVE
HETEROSEXUAL
FLIGHTER CAPTAIN
JUNE ELEVENTH
Advanced Empathy
APPEARANCE
▪ HEIGHT: 6'4''
▪ WEIGHT: 175lbs.
▪ EYES:
▪ HAIR:
▪ BODY TYPE:
▪ ATTIRE:
▪ WEIGHT: 175lbs.
▪ EYES:
The colour of his eyes are rare, but not too rare. They are a different shade of Amber that isn't quite Amber, often holding the look of a slightly hued emerald gradient. They are pretty bright and colourized, and normally change colours from a more prominent Amber / Gold, to a more prominent Amber / Green, with green being slightly more dominant.
▪ HAIR:
As tousled as his light blonde hair looks, Avaron doesn't do anything special to keep his hair the way it is. Ever since he was younger, his hair normally stuck up in ways that defined gravity, although lately he's been using hair wax to keep it up more (along with a distinct headband). He doesn't have full bangs, but he keeps the front of his hair mostly in his face since there is no possible way for him to move them somewhere else. Avaron normally doesn't leave his hair flat unless he gets lazy, in which case it's probably twice as long as it looks when it's spiked, but he rarely ever leaves it the way it would be unless it's wet.
▪ BODY TYPE:
Working out doesn't seem to be an issue with Avaron, though he only gets to stick in some cardio and exercise when he has time within his busy schedule. In any case, he's fit with a six pack underneath his shirt, and defined muscles along his arms and legs to give that perfect structure of a man that takes care of himself, as well as balances out his job in between. (including being a daddy) He can't tan, unfortunately, so he would occasionally burn during the summer, but he doesn't get badly burnt at all.
▪ ATTIRE:
His clothing style would normally break between visual Kei and the bad boy image. He has a certain affinity with stripes and would occasionally wear them, since his closet is filled with different coloured striped shirts and the like. Dress shirts, button downs, and ties are also some things he would wear; he would normally go casual when he has free time or when he's not exactly doing anything that day. Sometimes he would go out in the summer with a tank top. (although he's not afraid to show off without a shirt either)
PERSONALITY
▪ MAIN ABILITY: Emotion Manipulation (advanced empathy), Technopathy.
▪ SECOND HAND ABILITIES: Pain Suppression, Transmutation.
Avaron, in a nutshell, is an extremely charismatic individual. He's not afraid to be himself in front of anyone, and opinions from other people don't matter to him whatsoever. It's natural for him to speak his mind to others and express what he's feeling, regardless of what it does to other people. Despite his own appearance, he can be quite intelligent, which ties with his charismatic nature, and often gets himself into trouble with his words.
On the other side of the spectrum, because of the nature of his power, he doesn't have the right morals built in his mind about keeping his hands to himself. He'd probably blame his power and claim that he can't help it, which is true half the time, but most of the time, he's just curious about the emotions of other people and likes to identify and try to help others that are feeling down. Not only that, but that is also the way that his main ability works, the art of touching another. His empathy is rather advanced, knowing full well how to utilize it for is own personal gain. He does have a few traits that would classify him as one of those 'bad boys'. Even as a kid he was a troublemaker, although not much of one now, every so often he would open his mouth to say something awful to someone else and play it off as if he didn't say anything. He can get pretty cocky and way too overconfident if people feed his ego.
Unfortunately for him, he's often called irresponsible with his frequent flirting of females from his ex, though he obviously doesn't believe he is. His unfortunate downfall is that he flirts like crazy around woman, which can turn a conversation into something completely awkward. He doesn't notice it himself, but his daughter (being two)
Regarding his skills, like most Empathy users, the emotional state of the user needs to be in control. Avaron was trained his entire life to control his emotions well enough to prevail and succeed in keeping the power in check. Because he came from a family of Empathy users, it was required of him to be trained at a young age by his parents and personal professors before entering into the academy.
Because he's a Flighter, he rarely encounters battles that would require immediate attention with his power. His focus is solely on the Maquna, and his fighting is normally from above, commanding the team of Flighters that follow him. If he were to fight on land, the main point of his skills in fighting is complete close combat. He needs to be able to touch someone in order for him to transfer emotions to the opponent, in the hopes to see the reaction of what would happen to them. He transfers the more sufficient emotions, which would be more rounded off towards the ones that bring low self-esteem, in order for him to slow down the opponent against their will. While Avaron is close combated, he is also capable of hand-to-hand combat. As being the captain, he is required to know how to defend himself, and since Empathy can only be so effective to someone, he needed to learn something else to defend himself. Although he's more of a street fighter, he's perfectly capable of standing alone when it comes to multiple opponents or single.

HISTORY
As the first born into the start of the new generation of the Kirisaki family, Avaron was completely submerged and surrounded by generations of Flighters. The flighter business, despite its clean slate in Shunojiski, was actually founded in the earth realm along time ago, often used in military across the nation within it. It wasn't until a Subhuman in the earth realm, a member of the Kirisaki family, had discovered the strange potency that Maquna were possessing, thus leaving the Shunojiski realm no choice but to erase it from the human realm all together, as it was a dangerous thing to have for their planet. Knowing that sort of inevitable power couldn't possibly be human made, they allowed the Kirisaki family to research the technology into what it was known for today, after many years of being in the dark and cut off from the subhumans.
From there, two generations later, Avaron was born. He was born directly in Shunojiski, where he would inherit the Flighter business and learn to grow into the natural born leader he was destined to be.
As a child, he was exposed to the technology that he had to be able to work with when he gets older. During all of that, he always held the interest to make new things, whether it'd be new toys to play with or something simple for someone else. He's always been the 'makeshift kid', even during his elementary school years. Of course, because of his natural born leadership persona, he was also the one causing some trouble, making himself known a little too much.
He spent the rest of his elementary school years back at home, where he was home schooled, in order to get out of trouble and to prevent it from happening. During those times, he developed low self-esteem, unable to really set himself out there for the time being, considering the fact that his parents weren't supportive of him after being taken out from school.
Growing up from there, he was more dedicated into the family business rather than school, so his main focus was to learn more about the profession rather than being taught how to write essays. Being eleven, his parents decided it was time to let him understand the meanings of taking over the family business by allowing him to ride inside an SJK-40, with speeds as fast as the eye can see. Avaron loved the idea, as excited as he was, but he didn't know that things would turn out wrong in the end.
His father accompanied him and as the makeshift plane took off, it went well at the beginning. Avaron liked watching the clouds and learning the basics of flying a special machinery such as this one. The plane, unfortunately, was a prototype, and it crashed and burned almost as fast as it was taken off. In an instant, the left wing was burned and the control panel malfunctioned. Avaron was stunned, as well as his father, and immediately he tried to repair the wing as quick as he could, by climbing out the small window. In an effort to help, Avaron tried to fix the control panel, but with no knowledge or power to rely on, he couldn't fair.
It wasn't until a few minutes later that he heard something from behind him, as well as hearing his father outside on the wing, calling his name. The last thing he felt was the stinging gash at his back; the ripping feeling of flesh being torn, something he never really felt before. Someone who dressed up in black lifted a hand over the control panel. Everything in front of that person was moving on its own; clicking into different places and securing in others. After the deed was done, the silhouette of a man disappeared, and nothing could change the fact that the plane was now nosediving into the forest of Shunojiski at greater speeds than before.
It happened too quickly, and Avaron found himself battered and broken between the windshield and the front plane. He couldn't remember what happened before or afterwards and awoke in a hospital, alone.
Ever since then, he couldn't live up to the fact that his father died from the accident. Avaron blames himself for the mistake, even though there was nothing he could have done. He thought that maybe the silhouette of the man that came to him saved the both of them, but in the end, that person attempted murder and made the plane utterly impossible to be controlled instead, which caused it to dive into the forest and crash.
Entering into Shunojiski Academy, he was not the same. His family treated him like he was the one that murdered his father in order to 'speed up the process'. He was never truly understood, and was ignored for the time he spent in academy. It was then that he decided it was time to step up to the plate and prove that he was ready to take over the family business, despite the hate that he was receiving.
Throughout his time in the academy, he tried to excel in his normal classes, though he could only manage C's if anything. He got along with most people, staying away from any trouble as much as possible. His true nature and bright personality brought out the best of him, and he tried to understand the way of the people, how their emotions are and what they feel. Avaron had this habit of touching people, most of whom turn away from him, but he can't help the fact that he's interested in emotions and what people feel like when certain things are given to them in life. He excelled greatly with the usage of his abilities, being able to control them, though as his empathy evolved into the advanced form, he started to realize just how serious it could be, thus utilizing his skills to the best of his abilities.
As Avaron moved into his final years at the academy, he met a girl named Kirie through his family friends. She was significantly younger than he was (six years), though he remembered that she was involved within a few parties that his family offered every so often. She was interesting, to say the least, always spunky and rather spoiled; normally getting everything she wanted from her parents. Despite how young she was (around eleven), he felt like she could help him relieve some of the painful feelings he's had over the years with her child-like nature, and has done so throughout the rest of his years in the academy.
After officially graduating, he moved onto inheriting the head position of the family. During this period, he wanted to focus on regaining the trust of his family, hoping that throughout the years, they would forgive him for something he didn't do. His brothers, Jayden and Nanri, had always believed him, but the rest of the family were still skeptical at this point. But they had no choice in the matter as Avaron was the true head of the flighters despite anyone trying to overthrow him.
Within two years of training from the time he graduated, perfecting the flighters as well as gaining newer flighters from the academy, he dedicated his life to this lifetime profession, as tribute to his father who wasn't able to watch him. It wasn't until he was twenty-two that the culprit from his father's death was caught; a manor simply doing his job of 'eliminating' Subhumans that were assigned to him. It wasn't until then that Avaron's family finally recognized him, apologizing over a thousand times because of their disbelief of the matter.
Kirie came back into Avaron's life soon after. Being twenty-three, Avaron started to see her in ways he probably shouldn't. Even though she was sixteen turning seventeen, it seemed that the entire time he knew her, there was this growing, inexplicable attraction that developed between the both of them, eventually leading into something serious later on. As much as he felt her feel the same way, he's always knew that there was something off, but he couldn't ask her about it since he thought it wasn't anything he needed to worry about.
Unfortunately things turned for the worst once he accidentally got Kirie pregnant. It wasn't intentional, and he apologized several, if not all the time, about the mistake that he made on his part, but he could never get her on the same page as he was. She wasn't happy about it and threatened to abort the baby, but in the end, after much contemplating and begging, she kept it under many circumstances that would eventually lead Avaron into a miserable state later on.
After the baby was born, there wasn't much love between the two anymore. Breaking apart because of a decision they both made may seem like the reason, but as Avaron continued to speculate something else, he decided to ask her to marry him in order to fix this problem. He truly thought that she was say yes to him, after many years of them being together, but she didn't and dodged the idea by confessing that she was having an affair with his younger brother for most of their relationship.
As the truth came out, Avaron and his brother Nanri had many problems since then and hardly ever speak to each other still to this day. Avaron also had several issues with Kirie, as he wasn't able to see the baby girl (whom was named Sarae) as much as he wanted to. With custody issues arising, he morphed himself into a man that went from woman to woman, sometimes aiming for one night stands, but hardly ever went for anything serious, if not anything serious at all.
As of now, Avaron is twenty-five and has full custody of Sarae, despite the allegations of him being irresponsible. He's noticed Kirie isn't responsible for her own actions and now often drops off Sarae to him during times when he knows he wouldn't be able to watch her when he's busy. Because of that, he made sure that the baby was to never be in her care fully, and did his very best in a custody battle, which he won. But now he has a two year old to look after, usually staying with the nursery moms at the academy so she's close by. They offered to help him while he worked, so he agreed it was the best move.
